At the EUSEW policy conference on 7 June 2018, during a session on “Learning from experience and involving energy-citizens; two ways of improving energy-related policymaking”, Thomas Pellerin-Carlin of the Jacques Delors Institute will present ENABLE.EU’s work on “Social and cultural drivers of energy choices: Enabling Europeans to become active energy citizens”
The session will also feature a debate centred around some key questions regarding the energy transition, such as:
- What is critical to make energy efficiency policies stronger?
- How can the analysis of results (including multiple benefits) in previous years help revising policies for future years?
- How can policy-makers facilitate the integration of the needs of citizens and communities in the energy transition?
Register for the conference by 25 May 2018.
